It is the Order of Business.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

It is the Order of Business.
Deputy, we are straying. This is the Order of Business.
The Taoiseach is to respond.
It is the Order of Business. Thank you.
Are the arrangements for the week's business agreed to?
I congratulate Deputy Phelan on the arrival of Garrett, who is nine weeks old. I have checked that he has not voted. Tá mé ag bogadh ar aghaidh to dtí ceisteanna ar pholasaí agus reachtaíocht atá geallta. I know everybody wants to contribute but we will be out of time. I ask for Members' co-operation. It is up to one minute each and if we follow that, we will get through it. Otherwise, we will not and I will stop it at the right time. We have 23 minutes.
We are over time. We are under pressure with time.
I am moving on. I call Deputy Mattie McGrath.
We are out of time, so with the Taoiseach’s co-operation, I will take the final three Deputies together.
Is the Bill being opposed?
Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss policy and delivery of modular school accommodation. Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the provision of an injury clinic in Carlow. Deputy Frankie Feighan - to discuss the exclusion of housing estates with developer-provided infrastructure from the "taking in charge" memorandum of understanding between local authori…
I welcome the opportunity provided by Sinn Féin to make a contribution on this. While I support the general thrust of the motion, I have difficulty with some of the calls that are set out in it. I realise that some nursing homes are struggling, without a doubt. There are additional costs, retention and recruitment problems, and a whole myriad of difficulties. I have read the PwC report. However, I would like to place this in context. I have always deplored what I witnessed first-hand as I sat on a health forum for …
My question specifically relates to the promised independent analysis and evaluation of the national development plan priorities and capabilities. Who is carrying this out? What is the entity or organisation and what is the time span?
I thank the Minister for his precision. Will it be published and available for us all to read? Is it taking into account our obligations which are onerous under climate change legislation?
I appreciate that and I appreciate the Minister's direct responses but climate change takes us onto a new level. We have to evaluate every single project in terms of our obligations under the emergency of biodiversity and climate change that we declared back in 2019. It needs transformative action. Going back to the national development plan, I welcome the amount of money that is being put aside. I welcomed many of the projects. My concern relates to the absence of transformative actions, leading out on these proje…
