The Bill will be sent to the Seanad.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the terms of the comprehensive agreement in the field of air transport between the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the European Union. Yesterday, on the question, "That the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2) that division must be taken now.
We are over time.
The Minister to respond.
No.
I thank the Deputy. I have three names, left, two of whom are present. I will allow in the two speakers. Unless I am unaware of something, the speakers will be na Teachtaí Tóibín and Verona Murphy.
I am afraid that is not possible without notification, as much as I would like to oblige. I have a list in front of me here. I call an Teachta Tóibín, who will be followed by Deputy Verona Murphy.
In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), the division is postponed until the weekly division time tomorrow evening.

Seanad Éireann has passed the Online Safety and Media Regulation Bill 2022 without amendment.
The Select Committee on Health has completed its consideration of the following Supplementary Estimate for Public Services for the service of the year ending 31 December 2022: Vote 38.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the current progress and eventual timeline for the provision of grant support for a library (details supplied). Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill - to discuss extra funding for domestic, sexual and gender-based violence, DSGBV, service providers announced on 21 November. Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss t…
I thank Sinn Féin and Deputy Ó Broin in particular because I understand he was the special rapporteur when the housing report was produced in 2017. I will start on a positive note because it is difficult to remain positive with what we are facing with regard to the cost, negligence and failure of successive Governments. I welcome the Government's commitment to having interim reports, bringing a memo in advance of the recess next week and providing retrospective redress. I welcome all of that. I heard a Labour Party…
My question is very direct. Will the Minister clarify the number of persons who have arrived in Ireland to date under the Afghan admissions programme and her plans to ensure that all promised 500 places will be filled given that as late as 22 November 2022 not a single approval had been given? It has changed slightly since then. Up to 22 November, no decisions had issued, notwithstanding the fact that the programme will have been in existence for a year on 16 December next.
I thank the Minister of State for the background, but I already have the background. I am specifically asking about this scheme because it was in addition to the other schemes that were already in existence. The uptake relating to those schemes was extremely low. This specific scheme was introduced after the Taliban takeover in August 2021. I have 40 seconds to speak. I am not going to go into what has been done in Afghanistan by the Taliban in respect of women and children, the lack of education and violence and k…
Let us look at the 846. They have been approved under the other schemes, but the Minister of State has no information on whether they arrived in Ireland. Obviously, we thought another scheme was necessary in response to what happened in August 2021. Given our horror at what was happening in the streets, cities and towns of Afghanistan, and the fact that things were going backwards for women and children, we brought in a new scheme. A year later, absolutely nobody has been brought in under that scheme. Suddenly, wit…
We will fit in one last question. With Deputy Durkan's help, we might save a few seconds here.
I thank the Deputy.
The Minister of State to conclude.
My question is specific. I am asking for an update on the status of the development of the register of relevant lands and if the LDA is on track to complete the register.
