Táim ag bogadh ar aghaidh go dtí Páirtí an Lucht Oibre. I advise Deputy Duncan Smith that I will be interrupting him to adjourn the debate.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Táim ag bogadh ar aghaidh go dtí Páirtí an Lucht Oibre. I advise Deputy Duncan Smith that I will be interrupting him to adjourn the debate.
It will be in just under 12 minutes. However, the Deputy will be in possession when the debate resumes tomorrow.
The debate will continue. There are eleven and a half minutes left in the slot.
I ask the Deputy to stay on his feet because the Labour Party will lose its time.
If the Deputy resumes his seat, his colleague will lose his slot tomorrow. It is the Deputy's choice but there are five and a half minutes left. It is not my role to do this, but in case there was a misunderstanding at the beginning, I must point out that the debate will be adjourned in five and a half minutes. If the Deputy sits down, I will move on to the next slot and the rest of the Labour time will be lost.
I will not go into that. I have gone beyond my role already.
I call Deputy Shortall. I will be interrupting her shortly after she begins speaking to adjourn the debate.
The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of 29 November 2022: “That the amendments set down by the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and not disposed of are hereby made to the Bill, Fourth Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is hereby passed.”.
As there are no amendments on Report Stage, we will proceed to Fifth Stage.
This Bill, which is certified to be a money Bill in accordance with Article 22.2.1° of the Constitution, will be sent to the Seanad.
Seanad amendments Nos. 1, 2, 14, 15, 21 and 22 are related and will be discussed together.
Amendments Nos. 3 and 4 are related and will be discussed together.
Amendments No. 5 to 7, inclusive, 9, 11 and 18 are related and will be discussed together.
Amendments Nos. 8, 19, 20, 23 and 24 are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
Amendments Nos. 12 and 13 are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
Agreement to the Seanad amendments is reported to the House. A message will be sent to Seanad Éireann acquainting it accordingly.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion on the proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2022. On Wednesday, 30 November 2022, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
Members will be aware that last weekend marked the 90th anniversary commemoration of the Holodomor famine in the Ukraine during which many millions died. On the initiative of the Ceann Comhairle, it has been decided to have a minute's silence. I invite Members during that minute's silence to take cognisance of the fact since May of this year, estimates of the number of people across the world who will experience crisis levels of hunger in 2022 has risen from 181 million people in 41 countries to 345 million. The G7…
