Hear, hear.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Hear, hear.
Is mian liom díriú isteach arís ar an ospideál i gcroílár na Gaillimhe. I dtús báire, is mian liom cúpla focal a rá le cabhair a thabhairt don méid a dúirt an Teachta Canney. The traffic congestion in Galway has been allowed to develop as a crisis in the interest of a lobby group. The best and one of the most effective ways to deal with that is to put in a light rail system, a park and ride, which has never been rolled out even though it was in the development plan 20 years, and a comprehensive school service. When…
I try to deal with the actual reality on the ground. I wish to highlight that due to severe staff shortages and lack of property facilities, there is now a seven-week waiting list to start chemotherapy in University Hospital Galway. There are now 31 patients in the regional hospital in Galway with nowhere to go while beds in Carraroe and the Aran Islands are empty. There is a waiting list for patients for those locations but they are not opened. A total of 29 patients are awaiting an inpatient bed as we speak, whil…
Amendment No. 1 has been ruled out of order.
Speakers have 30 seconds each. I call an Teachta Ó Cathasaigh.
The Select Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine has completed its consideration of the following Supplementary Estimate for Public Services for the service of the year ending on 31 December 2024: Vote 30 - Agriculture, Food and the Marine. The Select Committee on Transport and Communications has completed its consideration of the following Supplementary Estimate for Public Services for the service of the year ending on 31 December 2024: Vote 31 - Transport.
I dtús báire, tá botún le réiteach. There is a typographical error that the Minister will address.
I hereby direct the Clerk to incorporate the changes as requested.
The amendment has been formally moved. Is there anybody here to press that amendment? No, so the amendment falls.
I am not sure what section they are on but on this section, there are no amendments. There are no amendments on section 2 but Deputy Doherty wanted to speak to this section, which is perfectly in order.
We will move on. I pay tribute to Deputy Shortall. I know many TDs are retiring but I think the Deputy's history is unprecedented in the history of the Dáil, with 32 years as a female TD. I do not think it has happened in the history of the Dáil. Comhghairdeas agus go n-éirí léi. It is important to acknowledge that.
I will go back to the list. Deputy McGrath is at the top of it.
Dúirt sé-----
The Deputy is not listening. Dúirt sé "mar fhocal scoir". Bhí sé díreach chun chríochnú.
I point out to Members that there are six speakers left in just 32 minutes.
I am just pointing it out generally. There are possibly seven speakers.
I appeal to Members. There are six, possibly seven, speakers. I will read out the names so we know who they are. The list of names as I have it is Deputies Michael Collins, Danny Healy-Rae, Canney, Doherty, Michael Healy-Rae and English.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae is next. There are just 26 minutes left for the debate.
Before the Minister comes in, I call Deputy Durkan.
That was a supplemental question to this question.
