Simply, what I am asking the Tánaiste to do is to withdraw the word "hypocrite".
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Twenty Members are seeking to get in during these 30 minutes, but that will not be possible. It will not even be possible with their full co-operation.
You will be. Inevitably, there will be Members who are not reached. I will do my best to stick to the exact time, but we will still run out of time.
Deputy, we are over time.
Please, Deputy, we are over time.
Please, Deputy.
Once again, I remind the Deputy of the separation of powers in relation to this issue he keeps raising. I will now leave it up to the Tánaiste.
I reiterate the separation of powers and that comments on reports and judges are not allowed. I am moving on. I call Deputy Naughten.
Sin deireadh le Ceisteanna ar Pholasaí nó ar Reachtaíocht. Táimid laistigh den am, so go raibh míle maith agaibh as bhur dtacaíocht.
My apologies; I got a little distracted from the relevancy of what was being said. Deputy Tóibín has benefited from my distraction.
You can have seven minutes, but if you share the slot you will not have seven minutes.

Deputy Paul Murphy - to discuss recent revelations in respect of prize money for horse racing. Deputy Denis Naughten - to discuss the need to ensure children with a rar…
A little.
We are dealing with the legislation before the House.
I welcome the opportunity to speak in this debate. I will deprive Deputy Ó Murchú of the pleasure of being the last speaker. I do not know if I would use the word "pleasure" at this point. In any event, I welcome the opportunity. There is a great need for this Bill. However, I must preface that by saying I still do not know anything about the date for amendments. It was raised in the Chamber when I was in my other role. I shared the concern about setting the date for the amendments before Second Stage. I am still n…
Go raibh maith agat. Last night there was detailed debate in relation to a review of the new Personal Injuries Assessment Board, PIAB, legislation. There is no detailed debate here on a review of this legislation. I could go back to the figures on the reporting of hate crime. It is the invisibility of hate crime and the suffering of victims that concerns me. I want to emphasise that what people suffer on the ground as a result of hatred and hate crime is simply intolerable. We need legislation to prevent that, but …
The issue is more the deadline that was set for submission of amendments for Committee Stage.
If the amendments are not a matter for the committee, just-----
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the plans to restrict home birth services to women living within 30 minutes of a maternity hospital. Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the public use of the swimming pool in Templemore Garda College.
