We have nine speakers, who have one minute each. The Taoiseach will have two and a half minutes to respond. I call Deputy Durkan.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

We have little time left and five speakers. There will be less than one minute for each of them.
I welcome this legislation and the opportunity to speak on it. I thank the Library and Research Service for its detailed paper on the Bill and for the brief we got, which has been very helpful. It has been said many times what the Bill involves. There are really six kernel points that have been set out for us. The Bill proposes to give effect to them. First, it makes amendments to the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005. For the benefit of people who might not have grasped what this is about, I will expla…
This is a very important issue but is not strictly relevant.
I understand the importance but for everybody, we are just-----
This is a very important issue, but we are talking about the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Bill.
Perhaps the Deputy can tell us, but that is what the Bill is about. The issue he has raised is very important, but it is not directly related to the Bill.
Would you-----
I picked up-----
I agree with the Deputy.
Perhaps the mistake was made at the beginning, that all of us Deputies may refer to what is in the Bill or what could be put into it. That is the extent of the range. Maybe we will do it at the beginning in future.
Amendments Nos. 1 and 2 are related and may be discussed together.
The Bill, which is considered to be a Dáil Bill under Article 20.2.2° of the Constitution, will be sent to the Seanad.
I must now deal with a deferred division related to amendment No. 2 in the name of the Minister for Finance to the Sinn Féin motion on the defective concrete products levy. Yesterday, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
We have visitors from schools present. I ask Deputies to show them how questions and answers are engaged in with respect from both sides of the House.
I thank the Deputy. I call the Taoiseach to respond.
Táimid ag bogadh ar aghaidh.
I thank the Taoiseach. We are moving on. I call Deputy Nolan.
Is the Order of Business agreed to? Agreed.
You are over time.
