The Deputy is calling a vote. Is the motion agreed?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The Deputy is calling a vote. Is the motion agreed?
Financial Resolutions Nos. 1 to 3, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together. They will be voted on separately.
It is like Committee Stage so everyone is trying to get in.
There are three amendments from Sinn Féin. Financial Resolutions Nos. 1 to 3 are being discussed together.
There are others waiting to speak.
Deputy-----
I must interrupt the Deputy for a moment to make a clarification. I am not stopping him from speaking. Just in case there is any misunderstanding, resolutions Nos. 1 and 2 are being discussed together. There will not be an opportunity later to discuss-----
I am just explaining to the Dáil that resolutions Nos. 1 and 2 are being taken together, in case there is any misunderstanding.
The Deputy can speak to the resolutions and the amendment. For the benefit of everybody, this debate is going to come to a conclusion in five minutes. Some Deputies are indicating a wish to speak. It is normal to give the Minister a chance to come back in. I simply say that.
We are out of time. As the time allowed for the debate has expired, I must now put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of this day: "That amendments Nos. 1 to 3, inclusive, set down to the motion for Financial Resolution No. 1 are hereby negatived and the motion for Financial Resolution No. 1 is hereby agreed to." Is that agreed?
I am in the middle putting a vote. The Deputy should have asked that question beforehand. I will explain the situation to the Deputy.
By way of clarification, there were three amendments to Financial Resolution No. 1. These were discussed in conjunction with the resolution. We have run out of time and a guillotine is now being imposed.
As the time allowed for debate has expired, I must now put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of this day: "That amendment No. 1 set down to the motion for Financial Resolution No. 2 is hereby negatived and the motion for Financial Resolution No. 2 is hereby agreed to."
I ask Members to keep an eye on the clock, out of courtesy for each other.
I will be looking for a cigarette if I keep hearing the phone, notwithstanding the damage that cigarettes cause. Maybe we could put the phones on silent. I am not looking at anyone in particular.
As the time allowed for debate has expired, I must now put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of this day: "That Financial Resolution No. 4 is hereby agreed to."
I draw Members' attention to the time limit which is 15 minutes.
I will skip the next priority question for the moment.
I am following up on the Galway transport strategy and seeking an update on it. I am specifically asking about the composition of the promised specialist team. There are many aspects to the updating of the strategy, including everything from BusConnects, corridors, park and ride to light rail. I ask the Minister to update me on that.
I thank the Minister for the update. I have a copy of the Minister's reply, which is one of the perks of sitting in the Chair. The reply states that the programme of works: "will look at walking, cycling, bus, rail, park and ride" but light rail is not mentioned. The Minister has mentioned light rail and I welcome that but it is not printed in the answer that he is reading out; only rail is mentioned. I would like the Minister to clarify that because light rail is a different concept to rail. It is important that r…
