On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Roimh bhogadh ar aghaidh tá na hÁbhair Shaincheisteanna Tráthúla le léamh amach agam. I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy James O'Connor - to discuss additional supports for primary and post-primary schools that are enrolling Ukrainian refugees; (2) Deputies Eamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the need to reduce islander fares on public service obligation, PSO, services by ferry and air by 20…
Could I have their time?
Perhaps I could have a certain leniency. I welcome the opportunity to speak and pay tribute to the Minister of State, Deputy Noonan, on this review and on his dedication, hard work and commitment. The programme for Government promised the review, and we have it. What is under discussion today is the strategic plan, which is based on and arises from a report on the National Parks and Wildlife Service carried out by Professor Stout and Dr. Ó Cinnéide. I am not sure why it was necessary but that was followed by Reflec…
I thought I was getting a tiny bit of leniency, but perhaps I am not.
I am almost finished, in any event. Certainly, it is now or never. It is time to do something. The Minister of State has my full support on this, but it has to be done, as was said, with the community. Indeed, in Galway, the community has led the way. We need to have the community on board and to recognise that it is the essential ingredient in our role to change what is happening.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Niamh Smyth — to discuss funding for a hydrotherapy pool at Enable Ireland in Cavan; (2) Deputies Paul Murphy, Catherine Connolly, Mattie McGrath and Peadar Tóibín — to discuss protests by Nuala and Pat Geoghegan calling for a public inquiry into missing medical samples; (3) Deputy Denis Naughten — to discuss steps to secure post-primary autism sp…
We are in trouble with time. We could perhaps gain a little time with Deputy Niamh Smyth. That is no reflection on anyone, but it would be good to gain a little time. I call Deputy Niamh Smyth.
Táimid thar am agus faoi bhrú. Beidh an tAire Stáit in ann teacht ar ais níos déanaí.
If the Deputy could help us to gain a minute or two, I would appreciate that.
We are finishing at 10 a.m. so I ask that the Deputy might help us gain a little time which I would appreciate.
Go raibh maith agaibh. The interactive session is over and we have kept to time. I thank Deputies for their co-operation.
Ba mhaith liom a rá leis an Aire nach raibh a fhios agam go raibh sé ag teacht. Chuir an tAire Stáit, an Teachta Smyth, in iúl go raibh sé ag tógáil an tseisiúin.
Sin an fáth gur lean muid ar aghaidh.
Tá tú ceart go leor, ach dúirt an tAire Stáit go raibh sé ag tógáil an tseisiúin.
In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), the division is postponed until the weekly division time at 8.30 p.m. today.
I call on the Taoiseach to respond. We are over time.
The Taoiseach should be allowed to speak without interruption.
Táimid thar am. Táim ag bogadh ar aghaidh go dtí-----
