I ask the Deputy to put his question.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I ask the Deputy to put his question.
We are way over time.
I ask for a little co-operation, please.
It is a sensitive issue. I am not sure this is the place.
I will take Deputy Stanton as well as we are going to run out of time.
Is the Bill opposed?
Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
The women's health action plan is welcome. When I welcome it, I must put it in context as I try to do always. We are talking about radical listening. "Listen, invest and deliver" has never happened for women in Ireland. The senior Minister had to leave and had a genuine reason but I wish he was here because I never like to contribute when he is not here. Let us first look at the national maternity strategy. One hundred years after 1916 we managed to pass a national maternity strategy. It took 100 years to be revolu…
I welcome the opportunity to take part in this debate. I welcome the legislation. I pay tribute to the work of the committee, which has produced a report with 62 recommendations. I have also read the report of the rapporteur, Deputy Bruton. I have read everything about this matter. I welcome the Bill. However, I will put into perspective why we need this Bill. In environmental terms, the central reason for a circular economy is simply that business as usual is not sustainable, with global resource consumption outst…
Just a little.
It is ironic that I have five minutes courtesy of Deputy Mattie McGrath and I thank him. There is not a substance strong enough to calm me down after listening to the nature of this debate. We have tabled three Private Members' motions in less than a year. We have used our Questions on Promised Legislation. We have used every possible democratic procedure to bring pressure to bear on the Government to have a debate and when we have the debate, not a single female Deputy from the Government side comes in to particip…
Purchase the site.
Will that be before or after the Minister signs it? This is important.
That is a vital question. Will it be prior to signing?
The debate should be-----
After the Government accepts it. Let us be clear about that.
You are ignoring-----
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the lack of domestic violence refuge accommodation provision in Laois; (2) Deputy Paul Donnelly - to discuss consideration of front-line homeless service workers for the Covid recognition payment; (3) Deputy Darren O'Rourke - to discuss the need for urgent support for school bus transport operators as a result of very hig…
I thank the Minister of State. There is no copy of the Minister of State's reply. This has been happening. It is not just this Minister of State. It is hit and miss with replies. It also happened yesterday when there were just two scripts available. Just for the record, Deputies are entitled to the scripts in relation to the Topical Issue replies.
I understand that but it has been happening more often.
