Okay. That is important.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Okay. That is important.
It would be helpful if I knew but it is more important that the Deputies know.
Deputy Daly seems to be the last speaker so he has more time.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Michael Collins, Danny Healy-Rae and Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the lack of connectivity from Dursey Island to the mainland; (2) Deputies David Stanton, Richard Bruton and Ciarán Cannon - to ask the Minister for Rural and Community Development to discuss the need to support and encourage schools to make their facilities available to loca…
I welcome the Ukrainian ambassador and her team. I note that it is an all-female delegation. I welcome that. I also want to use that fact to point out that in every war, it is women, children and civilians who suffer most. At the bottom of that list, are the warmongers and those who cry loudest for war. I am shocked to hear some voices in this Dáil talk about the outbreak of a third world war or words to that effect. We should be raging against any possibility of war. We should be using our voice as a neutral count…
All amendments have been disallowed.
You are making allegations. If you could-----
It is okay to make allegations against that but not against people.
We are treading on thin ice when we make allegations of a cover-up.
I have no difficulty with the criticism of the legislation as a ruling, but not the comments.
As nobody else is indicating, I call the Minister.
The Bill will now be sent to the Seanad.
The Select Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach has completed its consideration of the Consumer Protection (Regulation of Retail Credit and Credit Servicing Firms) Bill 2021 and has made amendments thereto.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding carbon tax. On Tuesday, 22 February 2022, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding a supplementary budget for rural communities and farmers. On Wednesday, 23 February 2022, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
Before we put the question to the House, I understand there is a typographical error in the motion. Paragraph 2, bullet point 3, which reads "that functions could be transferred" should read "what functions could be transferred". The Minister of State may ask for leave of the House to make that change.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh - a number of group water schemes in County Mayo are waiting for Irish Water to take them over. Due to the ageing piping infrastructure, continuous leaks are causing debt to escalate on these schemes. I ask the Minister for Housing, Heritage and Local Government to outline the measures Irish Water is taking to take control of thes…
I wish we could channel some of that anger and passion into facing the existential threat that climate change poses. That is a challenge for all of us. I welcome the opportunity provided by Sinn Féin to take part in this debate and I support the motion. I take great exception to a Deputy from the Labour Party telling us that anyone who is opposed to a carbon tax is not serious about climate change. That type of divisive comment is unacceptable. Since my election in February 2016, I would say that, outside of health…
My question pertains to the status of the promised review of the help to buy scheme, the terms of reference for the review, the person or body charged with carrying out the review, the timeline and if the Minister will make a statement on the matter.
