On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Time is up.
The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with an order of the Dáil of 13 November 2021: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Finance and not disposed of are hereby made to the Bill; Fourth Stage is hereby completed; and the Bill is hereby passed." Is that agreed?
I will speak to the amendments briefly. The spirit of all three amendments is the same, but I support amendment No. 6 in particular. It reads: "Before prescribing regulations made under this section, the Minister shall notify and lay before each House of the Oireachtas". This is the most basic requirement, given the extraordinary powers the Dáil seems intent on giving the Minister. Turning to the regulations that the Minister will be allowed to introduce, the proposed section 38S starts on page 24 of the Bill and c…
I support this amendment and thank Deputy Cullinane for tabling it. This process has been difficult and the time allowed is very short. It is an essential amendment if we are seriously interested in this subject. While the Minister did not use the word “draconian”, he acknowledged this legislation has serious implications for human and fundamental rights. If he means that, he should note that this is the most basic amendment he could opt for. It requires a statistical breakdown and the identification of the concern…
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 27A and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - to discuss the implementation of updated Covid measures in schools in view of recent developments; (2) Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss special needs assistant allocations; (3) Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss the inability of Irish residents to access appointments to register for birth, marriage and death certif…
We are running out of time.
We are way over time.
Amendments Nos. 20 to 37, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
To clarify, we are discussing all of the amendments between No. 20 and No. 37 at this point. If any Members wish to speak to any one of those amendments, they should do so now because I will formally be putting them to the floor after this.
Did Deputy Gould want to make a contribution?
No, this is amendment No. 22.
I am going very slowly.
We have. It was grouped, and we cannot discuss it. The next amendment is in the Deputy's name.
Amendments Nos. 38 to 40, inclusive, and amendment No. 47 are related and may be discussed together.
The time for contributions has passed.
Amendments Nos. 42, 44, and 49 to 51, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
We are discussing amendments Nos. 42, 44 and 49 to 51 , inclusive, together.
Can we do this through the Chair, please? The proposer was allowed to come back in a third time and that is why I allowed that. Does the Minister want to come back in?
Well, we can swap places if Deputy Doherty wants. I would be happy to move out of here.
To be fair, Deputy, you have time left on the clock.
