On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

That is the end of this Topical Issue debate. Maidir leis an gcóras, ní raibh a fhios agam nach raibh na cluasáin ag feidhmiú. Tá ceist curtha agam.
Ní féidir glacadh leis sin. Ní raibh a fhios agam agus tiocfaidh mé-----
Tuigim. Tá sé ráite agam anois ach ní raibh a fhios agam é sin. Tiocfaidh mé ar ais ag an Teachta agus ag an Dáil maidir leis an gcóras aistriúcháin.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
Gabhaim buíochas leis na Social Democrats as ucht an rún seo a chur os comhair na Dála. I thank Deputy Whitmore and her colleagues for bringing forth this motion. As far back as 2019, I tabled a question on this issue having read the Government's statement on the role of data centres in Ireland's enterprise strategy. I welcome the opportunity to talk about it today even though I have only four minutes in which to do so. I have never been as frightened. Deputy O'Dowd is a lovely man, but taking his speech, the Minis…
It is good this matter is on the agenda and we are getting an opportunity to discuss it. I thank the Minister, his Department and the other two Departments for their work on the ground. My office has been touch with the Minister, as have those of all the other Deputies. I thank him personally for that. I will outline some of the concerns the Irish Refugee Council has put to us, before moving on to the general to discuss the shame of Shannon Airport. The council's concerns have been clearly articulated but I will ju…
Thank you, Deputy.
I am hesitant to interrupt Deputies-----
-----but there are a large number of contributors to get through.
Thank you, Deputy.
Thank you, Deputy.
We have two more speakers.
We are over time.
We are well over time.
I have three minutes. I will do my best to remain focused in those three minutes. I have with me the Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness from 2016. The only difference I see between that plan and the new plan is that two Deputies introduced that plan and three Deputies are introducing this plan. In the previous plan, we were told by the then Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, Deputy Coveney, that, "A truly ambitious social housing programme of 47,000 units to 2021 will be delivered…
I thank Sinn Féin for tabling this motion. The whole idea of Sláintecare was to avoid this. We were supposed to avoid coming into the Chamber to talk about waiting lists while mentioning Galway and every other city. However, one cannot avoid doing that now because Sláintecare has not been implemented. I do not wish to misquote Professor Tom Keane but he said that there was no will and "that the requirements for implementing this unprecedented programme for change are seriously lacking". That is what he said. Laura …
A division has been called. In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), it is postponed until the weekly division time tomorrow evening, Wednesday, 29 September 2021.
Thank you Minister, I am moving on. We are over time.
I am moving on. This is the end.
