The Bill will now be sent to the Seanad.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Deputy-----
We are under time pressure. I cannot stop Members talking but Members have gone to the trouble of tabling amendments so we should speak to those. That goes for everybody.
We are speaking to amendment No. 1. I must be fair to everybody.
I understand that. We are discussing amendment No. 1. I am just trying to be fair to everyone.
We are speaking to amendment No. 1 in Deputy Bríd Smith's name, which is to the second Seanad amendment.
I welcome the opportunity to ask a priority question. It is very specific. It is about the cost of the vaccination roll-out, the nature of the indemnity given and to how many pharmaceutical companies, the cost of that and the nature of it. Equally important is an issue I had asked about in December in a question to the Taoiseach, and which I have raised many times since, namely, the matter of a compensation scheme. The Taoiseach had said he was working on it. Perhaps in my second chance to speak I will come back to…
I thank the Minister and I look forward to getting that written reply and going through the figures. I believe that the Minister has said that to date it is €121 million - I did not quite catch it - or was it €200 million spent to date? On the indemnity, it is of vital importance that we know the nature of the indemnity. I am truly tired of getting an official response that the EU negotiated this for us and that is it. I would really like to know what is the business case on that and the risk assessment, or whateve…
I am not going away and I will keep persisting because this is the most basic information that we should have. Vaccines are an essential part of the treatment of the virus. We also need full information on the vaccination programme at every level. I do not know the cost. The Minister told me he approved up to €200 million, but that was prior to vaccination. Could we have the information on how much the vaccination programme is costing per month and per year? The Minister said he will come back to me on the Meenan r…
The Minister will get a chance to come back in.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss the suspension of the North Inner City Drugs and Alcohol Task Force; (2) Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss when the assisted human reproduction Bill will be published; (3) Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss if the temporary assistance for nursing homes will be reinstated; (4) Deputies Jennifer Whitmore and David Cu…
