I am going back to the issue of day care centres and respite care, and this matter is for the Minister of State, Deputy Butler. I welcome that progress is being made on this issue, but I cannot understand how quicker progress cannot be made a year and two months after a pandemic was declared. I understand that, and I understand that the Minister of State is doing her best. We are, however, talking here about minimum prices for alcohol and other things that are irrelevant now. Government effort should be going into identifying vulnerable groups and essential services and restoring them as a matter of priority. That is what I am asking the Minister of State.
