Deputy Murnane O'Connor has stretched the limit.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Deputy Murnane O'Connor has stretched the limit.
Go raibh maith agat, a Aire Stáit. Bogfaidh mé ar aghaidh anois go dtí an chéad cheist eile in ainm an Teachta Richard Boyd Barrett.
On this issue, I call Deputy Murnane O'Connor.
We have gone from Longford to Carlow.
I might reduce the Deputy's time on this, as he got an extra minute for his previous question, to let in another speaker.
We will co-operate.
Deputy David Stanton benefited from a mistake. I understand Deputy Flaherty was substituting for another Deputy on Question No. 14, so we will take that question now.
Tá mé ag díriú isteach ar an togra faoi leith atá ar siúl i rith an tsamhraidh agus go háirid chun ceist a chuir ar an Aire Stáit an bhfuil a fhios aici cé mhéad dalta nach mbeidh rochtain acu ar an scéim sin. Freisin, an bhfuil an tAire Stáit ar an eolas faoin gcleachtas atá ann go bhfuil ar tuismitheoirí íoc as an gclár chun spás a fháil? I am focusing on the number of children who will be left without a place on the summer programme and also on the practice - I am not sure how widespread it is - that seems to ha…
I thank the Minister of State for the clarification and for telling me that just one case has been brought to her attention. I hope there will be no more. It is a totally unacceptable practice. I welcome all the progress that has been made in this programme. I welcome the increase in student numbers and the number of schools. I welcome the changes and the various appointments that have been made. I welcome all of that but we have to put it in context. This arose from a High Court or Supreme Court judgment back in 2…
I am not diminishing the progress that is being made but to appreciate it fully we need to realise the Government is under a legal obligation to provide summer provision. Within that, how do we assess the progress? It has come as a result of pressure from the parents and the hardship of parents. I have received representations related to parents seeking residential care simply because their children have regressed as they cannot access summer programmes. On top of that, we do not have a breakdown of the percentage …
What is the percentage for the overall numbers of special schools partaking in the programme?
Díreach roimh Cheisteanna ó Cheannairí, before Leaders’ Questions, is mian liom céad míle fáilte a chur roimh an toscaireacht ón Tuaisceart, go háirithe an Chéad-Aire, Michelle O’Neill, agus na baill nó MPs nua-tofa: Órfhlaith Begley; Pat Cullen; Chris Hazzard; Dáire Hughes; Cathal Mallaghan; agus Paul Maskey. Is iad na feisirí nua atá tofa. Cuirim fáilte rompu anseo. I ask Members to join me in extending a warm ceád míle fáilte to Michelle O’Neill, MLA, First Minister of Northern Ireland; and the seven newly elect…
Before Leaders' Questions we will have a minute's silence to commemorate the Srebrenica massacre. We will now, as agreed, pause to mark the anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide. I commend the ongoing voluntary work of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Association of Ireland to keep this matter in the public eye. We are fortunate to have many Bosnians living here in Ireland who are actively involved with their communities, many of them, of course, deeply impacted by the events of 1995. Therefore, it is important that we stan…
Iarraim ar an Teachta Doherty cloí leis na srianta ama.
Thank you, Deputy. Táimid thar am.
Thank you, Deputy. You are over time.
Deputy Doherty went over his time. I do not mind a little leniency, but we are going to have to comply with the rules.
The Tánaiste, without interruption.
Deputies, I will not proceed in this manner.
Deputy Ó Broin, I will not proceed in this manner. We are going to treat each other with dignity and respect.
