Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
As fewer than ten Members have risen I declare the question carried. In accordance with Standing Order 82 the names of the Deputies dissenting will be recorded in the Journal of the Proceedings of the Dáil.
I know the Deputy is speaking to the amendments but I ask him to bear in mind that it is very late. We have time but I remind him to speak to the amendments.
I ask the Deputy to avoid mentioning names and to stick to the topic.
If the Deputy would stick to the amendment, I will not be interrupting him again.
Amendments Nos. 8 to 12, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together.
Tá sé deacair an Teachta a chloisteáil. Deputies, can we have a little co-operation? My apologies, Deputy Ó Broin.
Amendments Nos. 13 and 14 are related and will be discussed together.
Amendments Nos. 19 to 21, inclusive, are related and will be discussed together.
For the information of Deputies, this debate is due to finish at 11.37 p.m.
I remind the Deputy that we will be stopping at 11.37 p.m. and that he will have no further opportunity to speak.
I apologise that we cannot continue but I am afraid that is it at this point. It is 11.37 p.m. so I have no choice. The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with an order of the Dáil of 15 December: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage for Committee State and not disposed of are hereby made to the Bill; in respect of each of the sections undisposed of other than section 4, which is hereby deleted,…
The question has been agreed so the Bill, which is considered by virtue of Article 20.2.2° of the Constitution as a Bill initiated in Dáil Éireann, will now be sent to the Seanad.
Seanad Éireann has accepted the Finance Bill 2020, without recommendation. Seanad Éireann has passed the Social Welfare Bill 2020, without amendment.
I will allow Deputy Gould in but I need to be fair to the Minister of State, Deputy Fleming, and let him in.
A message will be sent to the Seanad acquainting it accordingly.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the impact of Covid-19 restrictions. This morning, on the question that the amendment to the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Prohibition of Sulky-Racing Bill 2018, which took place on Thursday, 10 December. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed, and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
Baineann mo cheist leis an vacsaín in aghaidh Covid - i ndáiríre, bheadh sé níos cirte "na vacsaíní in aghaidh Covid" a rá - agus leis an tslánaíocht ar chúiseamh a thug an Rialtas do na comhlachtaí cógaisíochta. Ceangailte leis sin, ba mhaith liom ceist a chur faoin mbearna mhór atá ann ó thaobh córais cúitimh do na daoine a bheidh ag déileáil le dochar ó na vacsaíní, is cuma cé chomh beag a bheidh an dream sin. My question concerns the indemnity offered to companies involved with the vaccine or vaccines. Integral…
I specifically asked about the details of the indemnity. Is it a blank cheque? What conditions are attached? Has there been a risk assessment? I perfectly understand that there is a balance of risks between the damage done by Covid-19 and the damage done by vaccines. I am specifically asking the Taoiseach where this decision was taken. Was it taken at Cabinet? On what was it based? What was the risk assessment? We should have a full discussion of this in the Dáil if the Taoiseach wants full trust in the system. If …
