A number of Deputies have not been reached but all I can do is carry over their names to next week. I apologise.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Just a moment. We will get a little silence.
Absolutely. Can we have a little co-operation? I thank Ministers and Deputies.
That concludes the discussion. How stands the amendment?
Amendment Nos. 69 and 70 are related and may be discussed together.
There is no right to respond because the proposer of the amendment is not here.
Amendments Nos. 72, 73, 75 to 77, inclusive, 83 and 84 are related and may be discussed together. Amendment No. 73 is a physical alternative to amendment No. 72.
The Deputy's description of what I said is not quite what he has heard me saying. I will come back to his comment when I am not in the Chair. There is no problem with what he said but I would like to clarify it.
Two speakers have indicated, including Deputy Ó Murchú. It is practice to let the Minister back in at the end of the discussion. With their co-operation the two Deputies can speak and I will then allow the Minister to conclude. They will not have the full seven minutes because we have run out of time. They can have three minutes each.
I thank the Minister but we are over time now. Deputy Mattie McGrath will be the first back in as he proposed the amendment but we have run out of time as there are less than two seconds left. I will be bringing the guillotine down in exactly two minutes, so if Deputy McGrath wishes to come back in as the proposer, he may do so.
I will be stopping the Deputy on his feet in less than two minutes.
Is the amendment being pressed?
There are a whole list of speakers on this second round and I am very sorry. Amendment No. 72 is being pressed now.
As the time permitted for this debate has expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with an order of the Dáil of 1 December 2020: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Finance and not disposed of are hereby made to the Bill; Fourth Stage is hereby completed; and the Bill is hereby passed."
This Bill, which is certified to be a money Bill in accordance with Article 22.2.1° of the Constitution, will be sent to the Seanad.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputies Mattie McGrath, Peadar Tóibín, Seán Canney, Carol Nolan, Peter Fitzpatrick, Noel Grealish and Michael Collins - to discuss concerns around provision of late-term abortions as outlined in the recently published qualitative study from UCC (details supplied); (2) Deputies Jim O'Callaghan and Matt Carthy - the failure of the British Government to est…
The Deputy identified somebody clearly and I made a presumption he had that person's permission to do so.
I thank People Before Profit, Solidarity and RISE for moving this motion. We have not discussed this matter since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, although we have all raised it through oral and written parliamentary questions and Topical Issue debates. It was an urgent issue from day one. I thank the parties I have mentioned for using their Private Members' time to bring this motion when there were other things they wished to raise. The Ministers of State, Deputies Butler and Rabbitte, have been sent into t…
That concludes Questions on Promised Legislation. Seven names on this list and five or six on another list have not been reached. The lists will continue into tomorrow.
