Is there a copy of the speech for Members?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 22 of 449 decisive votes (2 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Good, I thank the Minister. We move to Sinn Féin. I call Deputy Martin Kenny.
Ag bogadh ar aghaidh, rachaimid ar ais go dtí an Rialtas agus an Teachta Cathal Crowe.
Gabhaim buíochas leis an gCeann Comhairle. I welcome the opportunity to participate in this debate. I have read all of the documentation and have taken the trouble to read the reports of the Policing Authority, which is now on its sixth report, not to talk about the other reports that the authority has produced. The Minister in her speech said that this is short and relatively simple legislation. I would not agree that it is simple in any sense of the word. It has the most serious consequences and implications for …
That is the end of the first round of statements. We will now go back to the Government side.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
We will now move back to the Government benches. We will shortly hear from Deputies Christopher O'Sullivan and O'Dowd. Does Deputy Durkan intend to share this 20 minutes between three speakers?
That is fine. I remind Deputies that they have a full 20 minutes. Deputy Mattie McGrath is the only other speaker indicating. At 8.45 p.m. I will have to give the Minister at least 15 minutes to respond and the debate must come to a conclusion at 9 p.m.
I ask the Deputy for his co-operation.
The Minister must have time to conclude.
A division has been called. That division is postponed until immediately before the Committee Stage tomorrow.
I only can tell the Deputy what my instructions are. I do not know whether that was agreed but that is the decision. It is postponed until tomorrow, before Committee Stage. With that, I will adjourn proceedings until tomorrow.
I am not sure where the Deputy's understanding came from but I only-----
I understand that was agreed this morning and it will be taken tomorrow before Committee Stage.
The Minister of State is out of time.
Gabh mo leithscéal, but will Deputies show a little respect for the speaker?
Deputy Ó Ríordáin, please continue.
I thank Deputy Ó Ríordáin. We move now to the Social Democrats. I call Deputy Catherine Murphy.
My apologies, Deputy, it is my fault as I should have stopped it. Can we have a little quiet, please? This is difficult as the noise is not coming my way but is going the direction of the speakers.
Deputy Bríd Smith intends to share her time.
