Will the Minister ensure that additional dedicated mental health supports are provided to students via a helpline or online, or however it is needed?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 43 of 857 decisive votes (13 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I am glad to hear that and I look forward to seeing the detail. On what date will the Minister outline the full details of the timetable, including the procedure for exam halls and papers? Will he publish the detail of any plan B he is preparing?
Will that be published?
I appreciate that is very important. Plan B needs to be as nailed down as plan A because things could move quickly. I have been lobbied by many students who are either living with somebody who might be vulnerable or who are worried that they might be displaying symptoms. If that was to happen at the time of the exams, what provision would be made?
I will not take up any more time by seeking answers but I appreciate that. We need clarity on that very soon. I would also say, and I do not want the Minister to respond now because it would be taking from my colleague's time, that people doing construction studies and project work need certainty also.
As the Minister for Health is more than aware, it was confirmed within the past hour and a half that there is a patient in the intensive care unit in Cork University Hospital who has tested positive for the coronavirus. The patient is receiving intensive care in an isolation unit. As with many other Deputies from affected areas, my phone has been hopping since the case arose. There is obviously great concern in the community, as there will be in every community across the island. No community is likely to be untouc…
Déanaim comhghairdeas leis an gCeann Comhairle as a bheith atofa agus go n-éirí leis ina phost. Ba mhaith liom buíochas a ghabháil leo siúd a thug vóta do Shinn Féin sa toghchán deireanach agus dom féin i gCorcaigh Theas-Lár. Is mór an onóir dom é. I have one vote in this Dáil and on each motion today. My vote is worth no more than that of any other Deputy. We have no golden chair or special status. We have no more an automatic right to be in government, as some claim we believe, than anyone else. However, it is wo…
