The Minister used his speaking time but if the Minister of State wishes to make a few concluding remarks, I am sure the House would be happy to accommodate him. He should not feel obliged to do so either.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 236 of 237 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

When is it proposed to sit again?
I am not sure if it has been done already, but I congratulate the Irish rugby team on its amazing grand slam victory. It is only the fourth time in its history for the team to have done it. I congratulate the team's captain, Johnny Sexton, the coach, Andy Farrell, and the entire team. They lifted the spirits of the nation enormously on what was an important weekend, winning the grand slam for the first time on St. Patrick's weekend in the Aviva Stadium against England in the last match. Congratulations should go fr…
The Minister of State has slightly stolen my thunder as I was just about to welcome them to the Public Gallery. Our colleague, Senator Pauline O'Reilly, who is usually on this side of the glass screen, is with a group of people from Galway. Now that the Minister of State has outed them as Galway Greens I will say so as well. They are all very welcome and I hope they have a nice day and enjoy their evening.
Amendments Nos. 3 to 6, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Senator Higgins is speaking about amendments Nos. 3 to 6.
Sorry, Senator, you can only come back in once on Report Stage.
The Minister of State has to go and do his duty in the Lower House. We will suspend until the voting in the Dáil has concluded.
I thank Senator Higgins. I call Senator Boylan.
That is what everyone says.
Maybe the Senator will be.
I do not mind if the Senator is not brief, but I ask her to not say she will be if she is not going to be.
I have allowed some latitude to avoid a row.
Senator McDowell can come back in if he wants to correct everyone else.
The Senator also said "Briefly" before he started. I am not sure if that fitted the definition either.
I thank the Senator. On the basis of equal opportunities, if I am tackling everyone who uses the word "briefly", I have to pick on him as well. I call Senator Higgins. She is going to be brief.
There is always a first time.
Okay. Does the Minister of State wish to reply?
He also said he was finished.
I will hold the Senator to her promise.
