Yes. Amendments Nos. 9, 10, 12 and 13 are the next grouping. We are not dealing with them just yet.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 236 of 237 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

No problem. The Senators had their own groupings.
We are not dealing with those amendments yet.
No, we are on amendments Nos. 8 and 11.
The Senator will get her chance. For now, it is just amendments Nos. 8 and 11.
We are all in favour of that.
Now.
Now.
Before we commence, I remind everyone that a Senator may speak only once on Report Stage, except the proposer of an amendment, who may reply to the discussion on the amendment. Each non-Government amendment must be seconded. I welcome the Minister, Deputy Harris, back to the House. Amendments Nos. 1, 9, 73, 74 and 114 are related and may be discussed together.
The Senator was part of that himself.
Of course, we acknowledge Senator Ruane's involvement in student union politics over many years.
Amendments Nos. 2 to 7, inclusive, and 13 are related. Amendments Nos. 6 and 7 are physical alternatives to amendment No. 5. Amendments Nos. 2 to 7, inclusive, and 13 may be discussed together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.
I welcome all our visitors to the Gallery, who are very interested, particularly former Senator Seán Barrett. He is welcome back to the House.
Amendment No. 8 is in the names of Senators Sherlock, Hoey, Moynihan and Wall, who are not in the Chamber.
Amendments Nos. 10 to 12, inclusive, and 14 to 27, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.
I apologise for interrupting the Senator but a division has been called on the Order of Business in the Dáil. We might suspend for 15 minutes to allow the Minister to do his duty.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I thank Senators for their forbearance. We are resuming Report and Final Stages of the Higher Education Authority Bill 2022. We were discussing amendments Nos. 10 to 12, inclusive; and Nos. 14 to 27, inclusive. Senator Malcolm Byrne was in possession.
Amendments Nos. 28 to 42, inclusive, are related. Amendment No. 34 is a physical alternative to 33. The amendments may be discussed together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Far be it from me to need to defend the Minister but I note that in her speech, she said that she will continue to advocate at EU level for an EU-wide legal instrument that will support strong general data retention measures to deal with national security and law enforcement concerns. I know we must be ve…
