Is that agreed? Agreed.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 236 of 237 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Is that agreed? Agreed.
The Minister for Finance, Deputy Donohoe, is welcome the House.
I remind Members that there are 34 recommendations that are in order. The debate on the first one has taken 30 minutes of the four hours we have available. At that rate, we will get to recommendation No. 8. I am not trying to curtail debate but I remind Senators that this business must be concluded by 9.30 p.m.

Recommendations Nos. 4 and 5 are related and may be discussed together by agreement. Is that agreed? Agreed.
Not just straying, but long strayed.
Finally, finally.
These two recommendations concern reports on the application of capital gains tax to REITs and IREFs and the Senator definitely strayed from that. It was an interesting contribution and I was happy to listen to it but this is not a housing debate. It is a Finance Bill. We are on recommendation No. 7 of 41.

Does that incorporate agricultural diesel?
We will have a Report Stage. Committee and Remaining Stages are being taken tonight.
Every recommendation involves a request for a report.
Recommendations Nos. 11 and 12 are related and may be discussed together.
Is the Senator asking for leave to withdraw her recommendation?
I thought I missed the boat. I was at another meeting online. I am really happy that I am able to contribute. I thank every Senator from the administrative panel. I am aware that the Cathaoirleach's name is precluded from being officially on the motion, but I do not doubt that he would be the first to sign it, if he was not in his position. Equally, it is great to see Senators O'Loughlin and Ahearn, and everybody else involved on the administrative panel, putting it forward, and it is the correct panel to do so. I …
