I know I am meant to be impartial in the Chair, but I got caught in such a traffic jam on Tuesday morning while coming here for 11 a.m., for exactly the reasons outlined by the Senator. I support everything he said. I was stuck in traffic for an hour and a half without moving. I left home at 7 a.m. to be here for 11 a.m. I made it here, but I had to ring the Leas-Chathaoirleach to see if he was in the House, so I concur completely with Senator Wall. He is dead right.
