Míle buíochas. An chéad chainteoir eile ná an Seanadóir Victor Boyhan.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 634 of 639 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Gabhaim buíochas leis an Seanadóir agus glaoim anois ar iarUachtarán Máire Mhic Róibín chun freagra a thabhairt ar an díospóireacht.
I also want to acknowledge the presence in the Chamber of the community cancer support centre representatives who are here as guests of Deputy Marian Harkin. They are very welcome. Tá céad míle fáilte rompu.
On this very auspicious day, it gives me great pleasure to ask Martin Murray, who is retiring on Friday after two decades of service, to escort Mrs. Robinson from Seanad Éireann. We thank her for her presence and for her wonderful address and leadership.
I ask Members to leave the Chamber quietly and with alacrity, please. I ask remaining Members who are staying to take their seats.
When is it proposed to take Fifth Stage?
Is that agreed? Agreed.
The Minister wants to say a few words.
I am not going to open up Second Stage debate again but Senator Warfield wishes to speak.
Will the Senator stand?
It will, yes. Senator Gavan indicated that he was not in favour, to be fair. It will reflect that there was a voice vote, as opposed to a physical vote.
I ask the Acting Leader when it is proposed to sit again.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters: Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on the implementation of an awareness campaign to help the public to identify people who have been the victims of human trafficking. Senator Tom Clonan - The need for the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to make a statement on the uniformity of supports provided to students with additional needs …
The Minister, Deputy McEntee, is very welcome.
I thank the Minister for being present this morning. It is good to have a member of the Cabinet at the Oireachtas Commencement matters in the Seanad. I also welcome my good friend, Mr. Ciarán Delaney from Cork, who is in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. He is very welcome back to Leinster House.
I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Richmond. The second Commencement matter is in the name of Senator Tom Clonan, who has four minutes.
Senator O'Loughlin without interruption please.
The Senator was going well.
I remind all Members that the Order of Business is about seeking a debate on particular matters and bringing Ministers to the House.
