I join with the Senator in congratulating Councillor Gabriel Keating on his pioneering initiative. He is a wonderful county councillor.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 634 of 639 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

May I be associated with the Senator's comments about the late Sir Anthony O'Reilly and sympathise with his family on his sad loss? I thank the Senator.
The Senator's time is up.
I thank the Senator.
I thank the Senator for the invitation.
I hope it was not a human target. Sorry, I thought you said non-animal. My apologies.
Iarraim ar an Seanadóir Carrigy. Gabhaim comhghairdeas leis as an mbua iontach oíche aréir.
Is the Order of Business agreed? Agreed. I welcome to the Visitors Gallery a guest of Senator Carrigy, David Freeman from Longford, who is home from England. He is very welcome. Céad míle fáilte.
I welcome the students from Archbishop McHale College in County Galway who are in the Gallery. I am not sure whether you are in transition year, junior certificate, fifth year, sixth year, first year or second year. I hope you have a great visit. I know you are nearing the end of term, so I assume there is no homework. If homework is still being given, we might give you homework off tonight in celebration of your visit to Leinster House.
You had a good win at the weekend, in fairness. Yesterday was an auspicious day in Taipei, where the 16th president and the vice president of Taiwan were inaugurated. The fifth directly elected president of the country was inaugurated, President Lai Ching-te, and the vice president, Hsiao Bi-khim. I congratulate them and wish them well in their new term of office. It is important that we have great relationships with Taiwan. We wish them every success in their term in office.
Before we begin, I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy James Browne, and his guests to the Gallery. I remind Senators they may speak only once on Report Stage, except for the proposer of an amendment, who may reply to the discussion on the amendment. Moreover, on Report Stage, each amendment must be seconded.
How stands the amendment?
Amendment No. 2 arises out of committee proceedings. Amendments Nos. 2, 10, 11, 16 and 17 are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
I remind all Members when making contributions that they be careful about the use of language and do not identify people who are not here to defend themselves.
I was speaking generally.
Amendments Nos. 3 to 5, inclusive have been ruled out of order due to a potential charge on the Revenue.
Amendments Nos. 6, 13 and 14 are related and may be discussed together by agreement.
Before I read out the Commencement matters, I would like to apologise to Members that there are only two Commencement matters this morning, yet there were in excess of four submitted. It is not good enough that Members have to withdraw Commencement matters because the Minister in a particular Department is not available. The Department tells the Member the Minister is not available and that is not good enough. I apologise to the Members whose matters were not picked-----
I have the full details.
I did that.
