On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 440 of 443 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

It is my pleasure to call the House to order and to welcome the Minister for Justice, Deputy McEntee, to address it on this important topic.
I thank the Minister for her comprehensive response and join her in welcoming the representatives from the sector to the Visitors Gallery. I invite Senator Warfield to respond to the debate.
Brevity is one of the Senator's hallmarks.
I thank the Senator for putting forward the motion and for his summation and the end. I also acknowledge his strong credentials in this area as a performing artist himself.
It is good that consensus has broken out, on this night, at the end of the term.
We can be assured of that.
In fairness, Clare is a very good exemplar in that area.
Let us have Senator Gavan without interruption.
I thank the Senator for his kind words to ourselves, whatever about the others.
An Seanadóir McGreehan leis an fhocal scoir.
I gave the Senator an extra 30 seconds to compensate for her patience waiting earlier. I call the Leader to respond to the entire debate.
Indeed. Before I put the question, I echo the same sentiments about the Leader's own leadership of the Seanad.
She has done an extraordinary job, as has her Deputy Leader, Senator Chambers. I also want to welcome our very distinguished former Member to the Gallery, Senator emeritus Sean Barrett, and it is wonderful to have him here.
I welcome the Minister. I have had the great privilege of being a member of committees that dealt with Traveller accommodation and other issues on this occasion and on previous occasions, including at local authority level. I am sure the Minister will have read the report, particularly given that he approaches these issues head-on. One important issue we in the committee highlighted in the report, which Senator Flynn mentioned earlier, related to the fact we want implementation at this stage. Enough quantitative an…
I take this opportunity - my first time to do so - to welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Collins to the House. Our most recent meeting took place on the "Late Debate" in RTÉ one night. We had a very civilised debate that night. As everyone who wishes to do so has contributed on amendment No. 10, we must now dispose of it.
I welcome our guests in the Gallery. Perhaps we should display the best of order for them in order that they will be impressed by how we do our business. I welcome the Minister of State. Senator Ward was in possession and might wish to resume.
The Senator may re-engage on Committee Stage.
The Senator may come back in if he is unclear.
One should never assume that Senator Boyhan is unclear about anything.
