The final question is in the name of Deputy Paul Murphy.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 1,044 of 1,051 decisive votes (3 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The final question is in the name of Deputy Paul Murphy.
Hold on. This was not even Deputy Doherty's question. I am calling Deputy Paul Murphy.
Deputy Howlin is up in the gods.
I thank Deputy Danny Healy-Rae. I call Deputy Harkin.
The Minister of State will respond now.
The question concerns the restart grant. It was launched with a fund of €250 million, as the Tánaiste will be aware, on 22 May. It was devised in recognition of the fact that some small and medium-sized companies and microbusinesses were particularly vulnerable to the economic effects of the pandemic. The programme for Government pledged a review of the grant, which I welcome because it shows a degree of responsiveness and flexibility towards it and how it should work going forward. Regarding that pledge in the pro…
I welcome the last two sentences from the Tánaiste. I am speaking as a former Dublin spokesperson on the other side of the House. We have all championed the notion of remote working but it is having consequences. It has consequences for the city in terms of hospitality. Walking around the city, one sees a lot of offices are not occupied and that has an impact on hospitality, whether it be restaurants, cafes, sandwich bars or pubs. It is having enormous consequences. While I hear the Tánaiste's comments on the July …
On the Tánaiste's comment on trading through Christmas and until the next tourist season, in what way does he anticipate the environment will be different next spring in terms of the pandemic that will allow businesses that cannot function and trade now, to function and trade then? What is the Tánaiste's response to the recent comments by Irish Small and Medium Employers, ISME, that the scale and aggressiveness of the business support measures announced by our UK and EU counterparts might serve as a template for Go…
Deputy Michael Moynihan is sharing time.
The Deputy cannot come back. If she has more questions, she has a little bit more time and she can ask them.
The Minister of State will be responding at the end and I am sure he will take those points on board. I call Deputy Conway-Walsh who is sharing time.
I must ask the Minister of State to conclude.
I appreciate that.
The Bill will be sent to the Seanad.
The Minister of State will take them. Does Deputy Collins have other questions?
We move to the Independent Group. The first speaker is Deputy Marian Harkin.
Is the Deputy referring to his speech or the pandemic?
Let the record show that the Chair is smiling warmly on the Deputy.
The Topical Issue matter is to not move the Firhouse Educate Together secondary school to Citywest. We are taking a collegial constituency-wide approach to this and I know the Minister of State, Deputy Brophy, would want to be associated with it. Unavoidably, our colleague, Deputy Duffy, cannot make the debate. I congratulate the Minister on her appointment. As she knows, this is a time of crisis. We have very limited time in the Topical Issue debate. I know many viewers of this debate are interested in what my col…
This move to Citywest will kill the school. The Minister is a proud Kerrywoman. We had a brief chat beforehand, for which I am grateful. The move from Firhouse to Citywest is equivalent to moving a school and asking its children to move from Tralee to Listowel with Dublin city-style traffic. For me, at the moment, and without wanting to put the Gaelscoil in any position, that is the solution. If the Department was looking at a solution on Stocking Lane with a budget of €3.5 million, a fraction of that money could b…
