The M7 to Dublin from Carlow and Kilkenny is heavily congested. Drivers are frustrated by the traffic and the delays. The number of business vehicles using the route has increased substantially. I would like to see some action on it. I draw the Minister of State's attention to the need for huge investment in local routes in Kilkenny city.
