I support the Bill in principle. I believe it will unclog an issue in the planning process. I want to raise an issue and Deputy Stanley has spoken on it before me. I was out on a roadway last night between Kilkenny and Durrow. I was looking at the problem of the wind farms that will be behind and in front of the 15 houses along a stretch of that roadway.
