The Minister is shameless.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 47 of 964 decisive votes (12 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The Minister is shameless.
We are trying to get legislation passed.
They are paying separately.
The Government is making people go to the Garda station.
They are not in a position to buy a house if they are sleeping in a Garda station.
I wish the Ceann Comhairle and everyone here a happy International Women's Day. As women, today is our day to celebrate, to mark time in our struggle for equality and to remind ourselves of the importance of international solidarity. On International Women's Day, I express my solidarity with the women of Ukraine, Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Cuba and Afghanistan, and with all of those women who struggle. We also need to acknowledge the struggles faced by trans women and to say here, unequivocally, that trans rights are…
Workers in section 39 agencies recently deferred their industrial action following strong encouragement from the Taoiseach's Government to convene at the Workplace Relations Commission, WRC, to resolve outstanding issues regarding pay and conditions. These workers quite rightly feel like they are being treated as if they are somehow second-class. They deliver all the services that public servants deliver, but these workers do so without the same or comparable terms and conditions. It is deeply frustrating for them …

They have no capacity to settle and the Taoiseach knows this.
Chambers Ireland is the latest business body to tell the Government that housing is the biggest challenge that faces enterprise this year. Social and affordable housing targets are woefully low and yet the Government has been unable to meet them in the past three years. Time and again, the Taoiseach responds to questions on the housing crisis as if it has suddenly sneaked up on him. There is never any recognition of his responsibility for this debacle as a Minister in successive Governments over the past decade. IB…
Perhaps we may allow our business and deliberations to be informed by one simple phrase, namely, "Trans rights are human rights". I wish to ask the Taoiseach about the thousands of adult education tutors employed by education and training boards, ETBs, across the country who still have no permanent contracts. Unlike other educators within the public sector, they have no incremental pay scales and have to sign on over the summer, Christmas and Easter breaks. They often have to wait weeks for their jobseeker's paymen…
I am grateful for the opportunity to make a contribution to this debate. I support the concerns and criticisms raised by my colleagues. While we will be supporting this Bill, the manner in which it has been rushed before the House is unsatisfactory and it is not an acceptable way to legislate on any issue, let alone one as important as this. The genesis of this legislation is a failure to plan for, and deliver on, our energy needs on the part of successive Governments. On this front, it is the continuous failure of…
I am literally raging that I have to raise this with the Taoiseach again. It appears that the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Deputy O'Gorman, still intends to cut the normal rates of pay for victims availing of domestic violence leave by up to 30% despite public commitments given to the contrary. In recent weeks, Women's Aid, the National Women's Council of Ireland, Fórsa and others have outlined in great detail why this decision will place victims at significant risk of harm. T…
They should get the full rate of pay if they are availing of domestic violence leave.
Take their views into account now.
They do not want to influence. They want to see the legislation.
Commitments have been given and they have been dropped overnight. It is an absolute disgrace.
People who live near Dublin Airport are well used to airport noise. The Taoiseach will know this from his own constituency. However, residents in Ballyboughal, St. Margaret's, Kilsallaghan, Ridgewood and surrounding areas have been subjected to new flight paths. Houses that never had an aeroplane go over them or near them are now subjected to this daily. The attempts by the Dublin Airport Authority to address this with a new standard instrument departure, SID, appear to have been unsuccessful to date. I have been c…
I thank An Cathaoirleach Gníomhach, Deputy Ó Snodaigh, for the opportunity to speak on the Bill. Sinn Féin will support this Bill and we look forward to working with the credit union movement to make any amendments necessary to improve it further. I am glad the legislation has been forthcoming as part of the programme for Government commitment to review the policy framework within which credit unions operate, and to enable and support the credit union movement to grow. It is important that the credit union movement…
I want to start by acknowledging the really good and hard work done every day of the week by workers in the Dublin Fire Brigade and the NAS. Despite this Government, they are holding the service together with their hard work and dedication. Even in a well-staffed service and a service where Government provides leadership - unlike in this instance - those workers are under pressure. Their work environment is naturally a pressurised one and it is made worse by the lack of leadership from the Government. Short-staffin…
