On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 66 of 66 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Of course, we hope everyone enjoys the celebration of Bloomsday and we look forward to welcoming our colleague, Senator David Norris, into the House on this historic day. I call Senator Rónán Mullen.
Good man.
The Senator knows the tradition in the House in terms of the separation of powers, so I just want to be guided by that.
In fairness, the Senator makes a valid point. There was a discussion yesterday on a different issue regarding the President, of which I am sure the Senator is aware. That was in the newspapers and Members did discuss it and they were careful in their comments. I am only asking the Senator to also be careful.
That is a valid point. We will bring it up at the next meeting of the CPPO.
I know. Senator Buttimer knows about the separation of powers.
I take the point that was made yesterday by Senator O'Sullivan. Members know the situation.
We should just bear in mind that Members of the House have a privilege that nobody else has. Their criticism of other people is something that is not enforceable by the courts.
I know that. I am just saying that is why we have the separation of powers.
No, but the topic of air accident investigation was the subject of debate this morning.
All right. I call Senator Dolan.
I call on the Deputy Leader to respond.
Senator, this is the Order of Business-----
The Senators can put forward Commencement matters on that.
Before I pose the question of whether the Order of Business is agreed, I welcome to the Visitors Gallery the boys and girls of Kiskeam National School, which is in County Cork. I can tell that from all the jerseys. It is Deputy Michael Moynihan's daughter's class. I welcome the Deputy bringing the boys and girls from Kiskeam.
Some of the greatest people ever came from Kiskeam, as we all know. There is not only the Deputy but also the former Senator, Seán Moylan, who served in this House. He was one of the few Senators to serve in Seanad Éireann while a Minister. He was the Minister for Agriculture in 1957. I have often been to Kiskeam for the Seán Moylan commemoration and was honoured to be there. He was one of our great Senators. When our guests are in the main hall for the Seanad Éireann 100 display they will see his picture there. He…
Thank you, boys and girls.
Dáil Éireann passed the Electoral Reform Bill 2022 on 15 June 2022, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired. Dáil Éireann passed the Institutional Burials Bill 2022 on 15 June 2022, to which the agreement of Seanad Éireann is desired.
The combined opening speech of the proposer, the Father of the House, Senator Norris, and the seconder shall not exceed 16 minutes but, let us be honest, on a day like today that will probably not be observed. I will allow loads of latitude on that. Before I call Senator Norris, I thank him for coming to the House today to propose this legislation - one of many Bills he has proposed throughout his service to Leinster House as the longest continuously serving Senator in the history of the State - on Bloomsday, a day…
