Death of Former Member: Expression of Sympathy

Before I ask the Leader to outline the Order of Business, I know Members will be saddened to have heard of the death of a former Member of this House and a pioneering academic, Professor James Doolan. James was born in Cork and moved to Dublin. He graduated from University College Galway with a degree in English and French and qualified as a chartered accountant.
