On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 125 of 781 decisive votes (6 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I call on the Independent Group. Glaoim ar na Teachtaí Marian Harkin agus Thomas Pringle.
It is a con job.
We know that.
Do we get those things?
Demand has also expanded.
I am a believer, and I think the Taoiseach is as well, in "Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí". He was talking about the effects of Covid-19 earlier. Will he please try to remove the masks of the young children, na daoine óga, in national and secondary schools? I have a petition signed by 14,300 ordinary parents and grandparents, which I intend to hand to the Taoiseach, pleading to take away the masks from these people. Let the children smile. Let them see the expressions on the teacher's and each other's friends and si…
Freagair an cheist.
People have no masks on in nightclubs.
I know.
Who is in charge?
He is not in charge, obviously. He is delegating responsibility. In 30 years he never made a decision.
I am also happy to speak on these matters. I welcome the report, although a report is not much good to struggling Army personnel. I am awfully disappointed. I come from south Tipperary. We had a very proud record with the Army in Clonmel. We had a wonderful barracks and battalion there. It served with dignity and looked after the townspeople whenever there were floods or any other kind of disasters. The soldiers were the first out to help. The Minister of State's Fine Gael Government robbed us of that. Phil Hogan m…
The Minister has his work cut out for him. As he knows, this amending Bill is long overdue and there are huge issues. I will stick to the Department of Justice and the protected disclosures procedure within the Irish Prison Service. The Minister responded to a parliamentary question last week and I am aware that there are huge concerns regarding procedures within the Irish Prison Service. She stated in her reply that Irish Prison Service's protected disclosures policy outlines "the protections and supports availabl…
I remind the Deputy that it is not good practice to mention names.
Children with additional needs in south Tipperary are in crisis. Parents have had 13 rejections from schools and, if they can get their children into a unit, are travelling up to an hour to get there. There are currently no units in the towns of Carrick-on-Suir, Clonmel or Cahir, although a new school is under way in Cahir and there will be a unit in that. We are delighted that a new Gaelscoil is being built in Carrick-on-Suir, for which, thankfully, the objections have been withdrawn. There is a crisis in autism s…
No.
My own school is waiting-----
I move: That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to lay before each House of the Oireachtas an annual report on the progress of the document entitled “Project Ireland 2040” that was published by the Government on 18 January 2019, of which the constituent components are the National Planning Framework and the National Development Plan, and for that purpose to amend and extend the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2020 and to …
I move: "That the Bill be taken in Private Members' time."
