You got your time. It was eight minutes for the whole lot. How you take it is up to yourselves.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 637 of 646 decisive votes (3 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

In accordance with Standing Order 80(2), the division is postponed until the weekly division time this evening.
I should not have to come to the House today to raise this issue. It has been going on for 15 years. Irish Water, and Mayo County Council before it, have not deal with this issue. There are 115 houses affected. It is a terrible thing when people pay their taxes, water charges, local property tax and everything they are asked to pay, yet they have to come home every evening to find an awful odour in their homes. Irish Water staff came out two weeks ago, looked at it and did some work, but a week later it was back ag…
I will not be unkind to the Minister of State because I know he is trying to be helpful. The people have been completely frustrated with Mayo County Council for the past 15 years. They are frustrated with Irish Water. Staff were out two weeks ago and they could not find the source of the problem. They had machinery in there. We can land a man on the moon now and we can fly vehicles all over the world. Surely to God, Irish Water and Mayo County Council can find where this problem is between them. It is terrible that…
The next grouping is the Rural Independent Group. Deputies Mattie McGrath and Michael Collins have seven and a half minutes each.
We move to the Independent Group. I call Deputy Harkin.
Time is up. We have to conclude Question Time and move on to questions to the Minister for Finance. The Minister might just take one supplementary question from Deputy Daly.
I thank the Minister. We will now move on to questions for the Minister for Finance.
I will let Deputy Burke in and then the Minister can answer both.
Does the Minister of State want to respond?
The time for the debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with an order of the Dáil of 26 September 2023: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and not disposed of, including those in respect of which recommital would in the normal course be required, are hereby made to the Bill; that Fourth Stage is hereby completed; and the Bill is hereby passed."
The Bill, which is considered by virtue of Article 20.2.2° of the Constitution to be a Bill initiated in Dáil Éireann, will now be sent to the Seanad.
There are no amendments on Report Stage.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Health (Termination of Pregnancy Services) (Safe Access Zones) Bill 2023, taken on Thursday, 13 July 2023. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2) that division must be taken now.
We move now to the Independent Group.
We are moving now to the final questions. I call Deputy Ó Murchú.
I am sorry, Deputy.
I am sorry, Deputy. The Minister did not interrupt you.
Deputy Murnane O'Connor has one minute because the time is up.
Before the Minister answers I will let Deputy Higgins in for one minute. The Minister might answer the remaining questions and that is it.
