Withdraw the remark for the order of the House.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 637 of 646 decisive votes (3 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Withdraw the remark for the order of the House.
Deputy Smith, he has withdrawn the remark. Accept that now, please. The Minister of State should now continue.
Please, Deputy Healy-Rae. I will have to ask you to leave if you do not stop. Let the Minister of State continue.
I thank the Minister of State.
Before I raise the issue, I wish to ask who will be taking it.
Which Department are you in?
I wish to express my view and then I will make a decision whether I will or will not proceed. I am very disappointed. This is the third time I put down a Topical Issue debate and the senior Minister has not come in. People want to be elected to this House, and when they get elected, they want to become Ministers. When they become Ministers, it is like that thing we used to have in the newspaper, spot the ball. Now it is spot the Minister, because you cannot get a Minister into the Oireachtas any more. This is their…
This has been going on since 2010. I will simplify it for the Minister of State, that he might bring it back to the Department. The first thing I will do today is write to the Comptroller and Auditor General about why taxpayers' money is going to be wasted. The school has been abandoned in recent years but the Department is going to put taxpayers' money into it now. Holy Trinity is the Protestant school, but if this was a Catholic school it would not happen. Because it is a small Protestant school the Department is…
If we have to wait for the school it will be ten years before the new school is built.
It is not right. It is discrimination against the Protestant school. I want to put that on the record.
I do not think they know what is going on in the Department. That is the problem.
I beg the Leas-Cheann Comhairle's pardon.
I am sorry. I cannot hear the Leas-Cheann Comhairle.
It is not good enough.
The Select Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed its consideration of the Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Bill 2024 and has made no amendment thereto.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I thank the Deputy. We will move on to the Sinn Féin Deputies, who have 20 minutes. Deputies Martin Kenny, Patricia Ryan, Johnny Guirke, Thomas Gould, Paul Donnelly, Ruairí Ó Murchú and Mairéad Farrell are all sharing the time.
The next grouping is the Rural Independent Group.
The Deputy should give way to his colleague.
The Minister of State has the floor.
