On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 509 of 516 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.

Party over time

This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Tribunals of Inquiry

I have listed out three times today now that we specifically included and facilitated any people who felt they could not make a complaint because they were deterred from doing so or were afraid there would be reprisals. All those cases are not excluded. I do not know how that has emerged. The Attorney General met with the Women of Honour group with me and went through all of this. The only issue at the end that I could think of, because I listed out all the issues, and the Deputy probably heard me there listing the…

The idea of random selection had come from the legal representative of the Women of Honour group in the first instance.

Ceisteanna ó Cheannairí - Leaders' Questions

Ceisteanna ó Cheannairí - Leaders' Questions

Before I begin, I would also like to take a moment to mark the first anniversary of the death of Private Seán Rooney. One year ago today, Seán was killed in the service of peace in southern Lebanon. His life was one full of courage. It was cut short in the noble pursuit of peace. There is no more noble work than that of the peacekeeper. Everyone in the House will join in expressing solidarity with and sympathy to Seán's mother Natasha, his fiancée Holly, the Rooney and McCloskey families and his colleagues and frie…

-----the number completed last year, which exceeded the targets for last year that were set in Housing for All. Objective, independent assessments of the ESRI state we will be at 32,500 this year. The target was 29,000. The pipeline for social housing is particularly strong.

Ceisteanna ó Cheannairí - Leaders' Questions

The Deputy did not say that in 2022 we saw the highest level of delivery of new-build social housing since 1975. Over 10,000 social homes were delivered last year, including 7,433 new builds. That will happen again this year.

It happens here, week in and week out. When we want to put a few facts on the agenda, Deputies Ó Broin and Doherty seek to intervene.
