On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 41 of 930 decisive votes (9 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

-----that he arranged, supplied and paid.
Two different-----
It makes no difference whatsoever. They are two arms of Fine Gael. The Minister is responsible for SIPO. He is meant to know this stuff. In 2017, the Minister became aware of the issue around the use of a van in 2016. Why on earth did he proceed to do the same thing all over again in 2020?
That is not the question.
Last week, the Minister told the House he sold them.
We welcome the Bill and its key provisions. The provisions to support and increase organ donation and transplant through a soft opt-out system of consent are welcome and should ensure many more organs become available for transplant. That is obviously very good news for the more than 500 people in Ireland who are on waiting lists for organ donation. In 2021, there were 203 organ donations from 99 donors. About 250 organ transplants took place in 2022 from 190 donors. The 2022 figure includes kidney transplants from…
I thank Sinn Féin for bringing forward this motion opposing the disgraceful deal entered into between Coillte and Gresham House. It seems that there is no crisis where the Government does not think that equity funds is the solution. With housing and climate, whom does it call? It calls equity funds. Its neoliberal mantra is that private capital and profit making are the solution rather than the problem in both of these areas. The Government has claimed that the reason for this deal is to help reach the afforestatio…
Incredible scenes have emerged from Germany over the past few weeks. The German Government has decided to destroy and demolish a village called Lützerath to make room for a coal mine. It has been met by brave resistance. Some 50,000 protestors turned up to resist, who in turn were subjected to incredible brutality by the German police. Indeed, yesterday, Greta Thunberg was arrested. In the town of Lützerath, we are seeing the brutality of the police against climate protestors while the Greens are in government in G…
The group is very slow though.
Earlier on the Taoiseach told us "I believe [the Minister, Deputy Donohoe] is somebody we can trust, and somebody who I believe. I think, deep down, everyone in this House knows that ...". I looked deep down, a Cheann Comhairle, and I must say I do not know that. I do not trust the Minister. I do not trust the fact the Government has blocked a real question-and-answer session here and I do not believe the story that has been concocted after the fact to try to avoid as many rule breaches as the Minister can. The Tao…
How many posters did the Minister have printed? He will have the invoices for that.
The idea we are not going to get any answers is a joke.
The Minister is supposed to answer the questions. He just said he is not going to answer the questions.
What is wrong with legal aid?
The Minister is not doing us the courtesy of providing any response. He is not answering the questions.
I do not. I would like some answers. Let us give the Minister as much time as we need to.
The Minister is being evasive right now.
Deputy Donohoe is a Minister.
I am sharing time with Deputy Barry. It is important to say the health crisis we have, the trolley crisis we have annually, is not a natural disaster. It is not a natural function of winter. It is a policy-made disaster that we get regularly. Those polices are a commitment to a two-tier fragmented health service with a chronic lack of capacity and staffing in emergency departments, acute and elective hospital services, ICU, public health teams, primary care and GP services, mental health and disability services, st…
