Will the Minister please answer the question?
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 41 of 930 decisive votes (9 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Will the Minister please answer the question?
There is no guarantee then. I thank the Minister.
What are we being asked?
The programme for Government refers to the need for court reform. What action is being taken to prevent judges from engaging in sexual harassment of women who are before them? I have raised multiple times with the Taoiseach the case of Kerry judge, James O'Connor, who used his position to disgustingly prey upon vulnerable women who were before him on multiple occasions. I know at least one of those victims has been doing everything she possibly can to get justice, but the Judicial Council has told her that it canno…
Jesus.
Has the Taoiseach had time to consider the judgment in the case about the EU–Canada Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement, CETA, brought by Deputy Costello? CETA has many implications for how we respond to the energy crisis, for example. I hope that a future Government in Ireland will decide to nationalise the Corrib gas field, which is currently entirely Canadian-owned. If we have signed up to the investor court system as part of CETA, at that moment, Canadians would be able to take the Irish State to a CETA trib…
Maybe the Taoiseach does not agree with democracy and the right to an elected left Government.
Could the Taoiseach address the case, if he does not mind?
Nationalise them.
Over 150 people gathered for a major public conference at the weekend as part of the Not Our Fault campaign. These people, who are affected by apartment and duplex defects, are facing huge bills of up to €68,000 for defects caused through no fault of theirs. They are the fault of Fianna Fáil-Fine Gael legislation which allowed self-certification and builders who abused that measure. The people in question were very disappointed that no Government representatives attended, despite repeated invitations. They had a cl…
Does the Taoiseach agree that COP27 was a dismal failure and that, in the words of the UN Secretary General, we are still on the road to climate hell and politicians and big business continue to have their foot on the accelerator? COP27 failed, yet again, to commit to phasing out fossil fuels or to meaningful measures to reduce emissions. It could not even commit to a weak proposal to ensure that emissions peak by 2025. It has become a process used by leaders like the Taoiseach to turn up for a photo opportunity, m…
Is there a new attack rule?
Was Iraq better?
We never attack Russia.
The Taoiseach says a lot of progress was made. It is just not true. The problem is seen if we look at the Taoiseach's speech in Egypt: fine words, and then he comes home and it is business as usual. I will give one example. The Minister with responsibility for local government has overturned the democratic decision of South Dublin County Council to ban new data centres for the duration of the next county development plan. It is a motion that was proposed by People Before Profit Councillor Madeleine Johansson and pa…
Compared with Trump.
I want to reduce the number of data centres.
Let us stop the algorithms that are targeting-----
Let us stop surveillance happening.
What about the 17% of electricity?
