On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 49 of 1,011 decisive votes (16 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Maybe the Minister should get a basin of water to wash his hands of how he has abandoned mortgage holders.
Léiríonn an tseachtain seo go bhfuil polasaí tithíochta an Rialtais ag teipeadh. Mar gheall ar na polasaithe seo, tá na mílte daoine nach féidir teach a cheannach nó a fháil ar chíos réasúnta. Déanann cinneadh an Rialtais i leith deireadh a chur leis an gcosc ar díshealbhú rudaí níos measa agus caithfear an cosc sin a thabhairt ar ais láithreach. We have seen the most serious housing crisis in the history of the State, but one would never think this is the case, going from the performance of the Government. Let us …
Will the Tánaiste open his eyes? Will he listen to what is happening out there? Will he listen to his own constituents? Will he listen to what people are saying right across society? The housing crisis was not just a national scandal in 2017 when the Tánaiste called it out; it is a national scandal now. Things have got worse. House prices have risen beyond all reach of people, rents have exploded and homelessness is at an all-time high. In the middle of that, the wisdom of the Tánaiste, his party and his Government…
We did not.
We did not.
The Government has been fact-checked on this so many times.
There are mothers and children without anywhere to go.
There are mothers and children with nowhere to go.
You have no defence whatsoever.
Mothers and children in the Tánaiste's own county are in emergency accommodation.
Three weeks on and the Tánaiste cannot answer where the children in his own constituency whom he is evicting are going to go.
Yesterday, the Secretary General of the Department of Health, Mr. Robert Watt, appeared before the Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach over the botched attempt to arrange an open-ended secondment of Dr. Tony Holohan, up until his retirement, with €20 million of public money assigned to that secondment. The external review commissioned by the Minister for Health was very critical of Mr. Watt but also critical of Dr. Holohan. I note the Government has accepted all the findings of …
-----and its contents. What lessons will be learned? Will they be the same lessons learned when the Government tried to appoint Ms Katherine Zappone to a makey-up job? Will the Tánaiste explain what lessons will be learned regarding this matter, given the chief person rejects the findings?
It does.
It names the same-----
On a point of order-----
It does name the CMO but-----
Is there a guillotine on this debate?
We are dealing here with amendments Nos. 1 to 3, together, which relate to benefit-in-kind. The Minister will recall that I raised these issues on Committee Stage, particularly the issue of the BIK changes that took effect in the 2019 Finance Bill, which I supported. I do not think there was any opposition to those amendments at the time because this is about encouraging people and companies to make the transition so that their employees will benefit from a reduced BIK if they make the transition. Unfortunately, we…
