With respect, a Minister of the Government has just announced that he is going to make a further statement. On a point of order, I want to know if the order of this House is going to be changed-----
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 49 of 1,011 decisive votes (16 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I am raising it now because-----
I am raising it now.
The Minister----
With respect, the Minister-----
Actually, the Minister can change the order.
With respect, the House has to have a proposal and that can only come from the Government.
I want clarification.
The Minister has announced on the floor of the Dáil that he is going to make a further statement.
A statement has been made and clarification is required.
This is unbelievable.
Tá an tAire, an Teachta Donohoe, i lár conspóide mar gheall gur briseadh rialacha síntiúis thoghcháin. In olltoghchán 2016, fuair an tAire, an Teachta Donohoe, síntiús polaitíochta ó fhear gnó nár fhógair sé agus bhí sé os cionn an méid atá ceadaithe faoin dlí. Tá an cheist seo á seachaint ag an Aire ó 2017 agus dhiúltaigh sé aréir d’aon cheist eile a fhreagairt air seo. Tá ceisteanna ann a gcaithfidh sé a fhreagairt. Níl dabht ar bith faoi sin agus tá sé tuillte ag an bpobal go bhfreagródh sé na ceisteanna sin. On…
Just like the Minister, the Tánaiste did not answer any of my questions. There is a bit of a pattern here. Let us be clear about this. Deputy Donohoe is the Minister who oversees the SIPO legislation. SIPO has been begging for additional powers and the Minister has refused those on a number of occasions. The matter is serious. There was a donation. In fairness, the Fianna Fáil candidate disclosed how much it cost to put up election posters in the same constituency in the same election. It was €4,920. A businessman …
Did you ask him about the 2020 posters? You are not interested.
Before I ask about promised legislation, I want to raise an issue on a point of order.
This is a genuine point of order relating to the ordering of the House. It is important that Deputies know what is before us. I understand all Opposition parties requested a question-and-answer session with the Minister, Deputy Donohoe, later this afternoon. It is appropriate that Deputies would be informed whether the Order of the House is going to be altered and whether what was unanimously agreed by the Opposition and put forward - a question-and-answer session - will be facilitated today. I think that would be …
Do we take it that the Minister has not requested that?
In fairness, with respect we all have staff, and the Minister has more staff than many of us to send an email looking to make a statement before the House. It is appropriate that this is facilitated today and that there is a question-and-answer session.
It is completely and utterly unacceptable that the Minister is saying that he will not come before the House until next week. That is absolutely unacceptable.
I note that the Minister has still not said whether he will answer questions. I note that.
