The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of 17 October 2023: "That Fourth Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is hereby passed."
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The time permitted for this debate having expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of 17 October 2023: "That Fourth Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is hereby passed."
The Bill will be sent to the Seanad.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion on funding for persons with disabilities. On Tuesday, 17 October 2023, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the situation in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories. Today, on the question, "That amendment No. 2 to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
As fewer than ten Members have risen I declare the question lost. In accordance with Standing Order 82 the names of the Deputies dissenting will be recorded in the Journal of the Proceedings of the Dáil.
I thank the Deputy.
I thank the Deputy.
Thank you, Deputy. We are way over time.
Is that agreed?
The Taoiseach should be allowed to speak without interruption.
I am now putting the question.
Are the proposed arrangements therefore agreed to? They are not agreed.
I wish to advise that I have received a message from the President stating that, pursuant to Article 26 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Council of State, he has referred sections 9, 10, 39, 40(2), 42, 43, 45, 46, 47, 51, 57 and 58 of the Judicial Appointments Commission Bill 2022 to the Supreme Court for a decision on the question as to whether the said sections of the Bill are repugnant to the Constitution or any provisions thereof.
I have three remaining questioners with 30 seconds each after which I will go to the Taoiseach if that is okay. I call Deputy Costello.
I thank the Deputy. Deputy Danny Healy-Rae has 30 seconds.
I thank the Deputy.
Alright, Deputy, the time is up.
I suggest that the Deputy table a parliamentary question on that.
I thank the Deputy.
