-----the Minister or anyone else of telling lies.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I will give you the extra time. Go on, Deputy.
Thank you, Deputy.
Time is up, Deputy.
Thanks, Deputy, but we are way over time.
Next is Deputy Cronin. After a minute, I will have to ask her to propose the adjournment. Is that okay?
That is not a problem. We can move on to someone else.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Energy (Windfall Gains in the Energy Sector) (Temporary Solidarity Contribution) Bill 2023, without amendment.
This is a motion regarding housing and homelessness. I nearly said "hopelessness".
I suppose not. I call on Deputy Ó Broin or another Sinn Féin Deputy to move the motion and I welcome the Minister, Deputy Darragh O'Brien, who is taking the debate.
I call the Minister to reply.
It is interesting to note yesterday we had the graduation of the most recent group of Oireachtas work learning, OWL, students, which we have taken on each year since 2018. Ours is the first Parliament in the world to have a training programme for people with disabilities. Through the good offices of our personnel department, many graduates have been placed in Departments and here in the Houses of the Oireachtas. We can be very proud of that.
It is a privilege to welcome the distinguished ambassador to Ireland from Palestine in our Distinguished Visitors Gallery.
I think the ambassador knows how fondly she is thought of in this House.
It is not that common.
I join with the expressions of sympathy to the family of Brendan Daly, whom I considered a friend. He was a great character and an outstandingly dedicated public servant. The stories he could tell about his entanglement in the rod licence affair were legendary. He was a truly wise man with a razor-sharp wit, which many of us experienced over the years. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
Deputy, be very careful.
You are getting into an area where people could be identified.
I suspect Deputy Durkan's tenacity will not fail him and that he will be returning to the subject on many occasions. Let us move on. I thank the Deputies for all that.
I congratulate the Deputies on their work. Is the Bill being opposed?
