Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan, please.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan, please.
Deputy, time is up.
The time is up now.
Thank you.
Thank you, Deputy. We are out of time. I will call Deputy Higgins and then we will go to the Taoiseach.
Thank you, Deputy.
The Taoiseach to conclude.
The Select Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed its consideration of the Representative Actions for the Protection of the Collective Interests of Consumers Bill 2023 and has made amendments thereto.
We will now go to Deputy Pa Daly who is sharing time with Deputy Mairéad Farrell.

I must here point out that the Minister has indicated that he will request a Clerk's correction in respect of two additional cross-references which are in error in the current print of the Bill and are linked to Seanad amendments Nos. 3, 4 and 5. I direct the Clerk to make a correction in respect of two additional cross-references in the same section of the Bill which were inadverte…
