Seanad amendments Nos. 16 to 22, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I thank the Minister and all concerned. I understand Deputy Lahart wishes to make a contribution.
For the benefit of anyone looking in who may be somewhat surprised at the rate at which we proceeded through the 76 amendments, the Bill has been in gestation for some time. It has been given very careful consideration, having been debated at length on its first run through this House before going to the Seanad, where the Minister took on board observations and proposals that were made, after which he came forward with his own amendments. Everything has been thoroughly ventilated and considered. I congratulate ever…
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding retained fire services. On Wednesday, 13 June 2023, on the question, "That the amendment to the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
As the Deputy is a teller, he is in order in calling for such a vote.
