Could Deputies please stick to the time allocated? A Thánaiste, if you could stick to it, it would help.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Next is Solidarity.
Wait now. Could we leave the fun until afterwards? Could we have the Tánaiste answering, please?
I do not like the use of the word "corrupt". It is not appropriate.
That concludes Questions on Policy or Legislation, 30 minutes earlier than normal, so congratulations. We finished earlier than normal.
We move now to expressions of sympathy for our late distinguished colleague and friend, Noel Treacy. Before I call on the Tánaiste I welcome to the House Mrs. Mary Treacy, who is accompanied today by her daughters, Emer and Joan, and her son, Rory. I welcome Juliet Treacy; Paul, Ciarán, and Daithí Hogan; Maria Treacy, Nóirín and John Byrne; and Jim, Claire, Stevie, Jarlath and Gabriel Cloonan. I thank them all for joining us today. We go to Deputies Matthews and Ó Cathasaigh, who are sharing time.
I thank Deputy Ó Cathasaigh for those words of wisdom.
Is that agreed? Agreed.
I thank the Minister of State for being here.
I think the Deputy is still very young.
For the information of Members in terms of process and procedure, where a Deputy tables a Topical Issue to a Minister, that Minister's office is required to contact the Deputy and indicate whether the Minister will or will not be here. As far as Members are concerned, it is disrespectful and unacceptable that this would not happen. If I get a complaint from any Member about that, I will action that complaint.
I thank the Minister of State, Deputy Noonan, for being here to deal with these matters.
I thank the Minister of State and the Deputies for dealing with those matters. The next business was scheduled to begin at 5.52 p.m. so we are way ahead of schedule. To give the Minister the opportunity to arrive, I suggest that we suspend for five minutes.
Just for the information of the House, we do have the senior Minister present, together with the Minister of State. We are well served today.
That was a remarkably frank contribution.
There is just eight minutes remaining.
You do not, you have eight minutes.
Thank you, Taoiseach. We are way over time.
Deputies, please.
