On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

I understand that, in accordance with Standing Order 180, Deputy Shanahan intends to move the referral to committee of the Capital Supply Service and Purpose Report Bill 2023. I invite him to make a brief comment on the Bill.
Is the Bill opposed?
Since this is a Private Members' Bill, Second Stage must, under Standing Orders, be taken in Private Members' time.
The vote is deferred until the weekly division time later this evening.

Amendments Nos. 3 and 4 have been ruled out of order.
Amendment No. 5 has been ruled out of order.
Amendments Nos. 6 and 13 are related. Amendment No. 13 is consequential on amendment No. 6. Amendments Nos. 6 and 13 will be discussed together.
Amendment No. 8 is out of order.
Amendment No. 9 is out of order.
Can the Minister of State accept the amendment?
Amendments Nos. 11 and 12 are out of order. Amendment No. 13 cannot be moved. It was already discussed with amendment No. 6.
I thank the Deputy. The debate sounds a little like a Second Stage debate - broad, rambling and what have you. All very valid, maybe, in some respects but there are a number of amendments before us and I would have thought people would want to get into the substance of the particular amendments. If we are going to have long, rambling speeches, we are not going to get there with very many of them, if any. I call Deputy O'Callaghan.
We are not going to have a conversation.
Amendments Nos. 3 and 4 to Seanad amendment No. 2 are out of order.
Seanad amendments Nos. 19 to 30, inclusive, are related and may be discussed together.
I am afraid the Minister cannot provide TV services. That is not part of his brief.
The Deputy might raise that issue with the Minister, Deputy Catherine Martin, for example.
Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
