No. The Deputy is out of time.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

The Deputy is out of time.
On the matter raised by Deputy Gino Kenny, first, I apologise, as I should have gone back to him before now. The establishment of the committee is not really a matter for the Taoiseach. The Dáil reform committee will hear a report at its next meeting, which I think is due next week. If it agrees on that, the committee, which has been agreed in principle to be established, can proceed as soon as is humanly possible. On the other matters, I call the Taoiseach.
Time is almost up.
Is the Order of Business agreed? Agreed.
Thank you, Deputy.
Your time is up, Deputy.
The matter would be more suitably raised as a Topical Issue matter.
The Deputy's time is up.
We cannot negotiate local authority estimates here on the Order of Business.
I am afraid we are out of time.
We need to wrap up.
We move to expressions of sympathy for our late and distinguished colleague, Professor Brian Hillery. Before I call the Taoiseach, I welcome to the House Mrs. Miriam Hillery, her sons, Conor and Eugene, and daughter Cliona, Brian Patrick Hillery, Gavin Hillery, Joan Hillery, Tommy Hillery, Aaron Hillery-Nolan, Naoise Hillery-Nolan, Cameron Hillery-Nolan, Hannah Hillery and Benjamin Hillery, Deirdre Hillery, Mark Nolan and James Hillery. It is fantastic to have so many members of such a distinguished family with us.…
From Professor Hillery's former constituency, I call Deputy Devlin.
On my own behalf and on behalf of all the Members, I extend deepest sympathy to the Hillery family. I did not have the pleasure of serving with Professor Hillery but I knew him by reputation, and because my family has through my wife very strong connections with Miltown Malbay, I knew him through family connections. It was always a pleasure to meet him on his frequent visits here to Leinster House over the years. It will have to be said, as encapsulated in the remarks of other Members, that he is someone the breadt…
May the Lord rest his gentle soul.
In accordance with the order of the Dáil of 28 April 2021, it is not necessary to agree an Order for Second Stage.
I thank the Minister. I think we would all accept that a number of novel initiatives are included in the Bill.
I call Deputy Funchion.
I ask that we hear Deputy Browne speak.
