We have just three minutes for a slot. We are running out of time.
On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Can I suggest that a compromise on the debate on the Amnesty International report would be that the debate take place and be adjourned, and that we return to it in the future when time allows?
I did. That would be a suitable compromise. I do not see the need to divide the House on something of this nature.
I cannot give that commitment. It is not my job to decide when time is available. If the debate is simply adjourned, we could come back to it. It would be open to Deputy Boyd Barrett and anyone else to request that it would come back onto the agenda. Can I take it that the Order of Business for the week is agreed to?
Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
As fewer than ten Members have risen I declare the question carried. In accordance with Standing Order 82 the names of the Deputies dissenting will be recorded in the Journal of the Proceedings of the Dáil.
Can I ask for Members' co-operation? As we have 17 Members offering and only 20 minutes and 45 seconds remaining, could I ask Members to curtail their questions to 30 seconds and that answers be also curtailed to 30 seconds.
Let there be light.
Thank you, Taoiseach. The time is up.
That concludes Questions on Promised Legislation four seconds ahead of time. Look what Members can do when they put their minds to it.
Deputy O'Dowd is sharing time with Deputies Higgins, Alan Farrell and O'Donnell.
I am afraid Deputy O'Donnell has very little time remaining.
His colleagues have consumed some of it.
Is Deputy O'Donnell suggesting it is my job to do that?
The Deputy has 52 seconds now.
The Deputy's time is up.
I call Deputy Michael Collins, who is sharing time with his colleagues.
Next is the Minister for Health, Deputy Stephen Donnelly, who is sharing time with the Minister of State, Deputy Byrne.
Insofar as a vote has been called, the division is deferred until the weekly division time tomorrow evening.
Please let the Minister respond.
