The point is that the time limits are often not being respected. I would suggest that the parties seek to revisit this through the methodologies available to them. Members do not respect the Chair because the Chair repeatedly asks them to adhere to the limits but I ask them to respect each other, adhere to the time and not take time from their colleagues.
