On prevailing side: this member voted with the winning side in 312 of 313 decisive votes (0 abstentions excluded). Read it as a government-or-opposition indicator rather than a measure of influence — the figure is near 100% for members supporting the government of the day and near 0% for those opposing it.
This is the point of the site: contributions keep the party held on the day, not the one held now.

Well done.

Please, Deputy.
I call Deputy Bernard Durkan.
Let us hear the Taoiseach on this matter.
That completes Questions on Promised Legislation. I understand the Taoiseach has some remarks to make.
Seanad Éireann has passed the Digital Services (Levy) Bill 2024 without amendment. Seanad Éireann has passed the Civil Registration (Electronic Registration) Bill 2024 without amendment.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to Second Stage of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Bill 2024 taken on Thursday, 4 July 2024. On the question, "That the Bill be now read a Second Time", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2) that division must be taken now.
I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding an inquiry into the death of Shane O'Farrell. On Tuesday, 9 July 2024, on the question "That the motion be agreed to", Opposition Deputies indicated that they did not agree to the motion. The Chair then put the question and declared the motion carried. A division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.
The result of the division is Tá, 63; Níl 0; and Staon 75. There are zero votes on the Níl side. Accordingly, there has not been a valid division and I therefore declare the question, and the motion, carried. Tá an Dáil ar athló anois go dtí maidin amárach.
There is no point of order, Deputy. The Dáil is adjourned.
Please, Deputy.
Your time is up, a Thánaiste. Thank you.
We are over time.
